Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 2 days in office per week)Please apply only if you can you legally work in the US without sponsorship About the Role We’re seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support enterprise development teams by maintaining and improving a Jenkins-based CI/CD platform. This role is hands‑on, technical, and ideal for someone who enjoys automation, building scalable solutions, and driving continuous improvement in a collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Manage, optimize, and scale a Jenkins CI/CD environment used across multiple enterprise projects. Enhance Jenkins functionality, performance, and integrations through scripting and automation. Build and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Develop cloud‑based tools and shared solutions leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies. Write efficient, high‑quality code in Python or Node.js to automate and improve DevOps processes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to advance DevOps practices and streamline deployments. What We’re Looking For 4–6 years of hands‑on experience managing DevOps environments with Jenkins in enterprise settings. Strong scripting and automation background (Python, Terraform, and related tools). Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS); experience with Azure or GCP is a plus. Familiarity with Software‑Defined Networks, VPCs, and infrastructure automation. Understanding of GitOps principles. Excellent communicator and strong team collaborator with a proactive mindset.
