Overview As the Vice President of Search at Razorfish, you will set the strategic vision for search marketing initiatives. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of the search program for your set of accounts, ensuring high standards of client service, innovation, and performance. You will lead a team, foster collaboration, leverage emerging technologies and data-driven insights, and position Razorfish as a thought leader in search marketing. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive search marketing strategy that aligns with client needs and industry best practices. Monitor, analyze, and report on search campaign performance, providing executive-level insights and recommendations. Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, adopting AI and automation to improve efficiency. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with media, creative, and analytics teams to integrate search with broader digital strategies. Mentor and develop senior team members, encouraging a high-performing environment. Represent Razorfish at industry events and webinars to strengthen the agency's reputation. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic proposals to grow revenue. Analyze industry trends and adapt search strategy to market changes. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in SEM and digital marketing, with a proven record of strategy development and execution. 5+ years of leadership experience managing diverse teams and driving high-performance outcomes. Strong client-service orientation and skill in building strategic client relationships. Exceptional analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data. Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, including organic search, social media, and paid media. Proficiency in advanced analytics tools, Python, AI technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong communication and presentation skills, articulating complex ideas internally and externally. Proven track record in business development, contributing to agency growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships. Innovative mindset with commitment to leveraging latest technologies to optimize search marketing strategies. Passion for mentoring and talent development.
