With locations across coastal Georgia and the Lowcountry of South Carolina, Optim Orthopedics is a physician owned practice that takes pride in offering services across the continuum of orthopedic care.

As a Medical Assistant at Optim Orthopedics, you will be an integral part of the medical team and the patient experience. The medical assistant will have the opportunity to:
  • Assist providers during clinic with responsibilities such as drawing up injections, dressing changes, casting, suture removal, and other tasks as necessary for the patient's care
  • Promptly and professionally follow up with patients regarding clinical calls or inquiries
  • Review and prep the provider's schedule in advance
  • Greet and interact with patient's while obtaining pertinent intake information
  • Ensures accurate and complete patient information is entered into the EHR
  • Assists patients and works with other Optim team members to obtaining required patient forms and authorizations to ensure the patient's clinical and surgical needs are satisfied
  • Medical Experience is preferred, but not required.
