Vice President of Sales – Revcor The Opportunity The Vice President of Sales is a strategic and transformative leader responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing profitability. This executive role requires deep expertise in HVAC/R OEM markets, strategic sales leadership, and the proven ability to build and scale high-performance sales engineering teams. The VP of Sales will define and execute Revcor’s commercial strategy, guide product-market fit decisions, strengthen customer partnerships, and serve as a key driver of Revcor’s competitive positioning and organizational culture. What You’ll Do Sales Leadership & Execution Lead and scale sales operations across North America and select international markets. Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performance commercial team. Implement structured, customer-centric sales processes and performance metrics. Personally manage strategic OEM accounts and long-term partnerships. Strategic Growth & Market Vision Define a commercial roadmap aligned with Revcor’s business goals. Identify new customer segments, partnerships, and market opportunities. Lead pricing, new-product launches, and market entry strategies. Industry Expertise Bring deep HVACR OEM experience — motors, compressors, and airflow components. Translate technical product value into clear business outcomes. Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure market alignment. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to synchronize goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Sales Enablement & Technology Advance CRM adoption, sales analytics, and digital tools to improve execution. Leverage data and AI insights for forecasting and customer engagement. What You Bring 5+ years in senior commercial or sales leadership managing sales teams. Proven experience selling into HVAC/R OEM or related manufacturing markets. Track record of scaling revenue, building teams, and entering new markets. Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Strong executive presence, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
