Responsibilities:

To clean resident rooms and other interior andexterior facility areas under the supervision of the HousekeepingSupervisor. To assist in maintaining a positive physical and psychosocialenvironment for the residents.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a housekeeperin a long term care facility or other large institution preferred.

Must be able to relate positively andfavorably to residents and families and work cooperatively with otheremployees.

Must be capable of regular attendance.

Must have the ability to read English andfollow oral and written directions.

Must meet all federal, state and local healthregulations and pass a post-employment-offer physical exam. Thisrequirement includes drug screening, criminal background investigation, andreference inquiries. Must be able to perform the essential functions ofthis job with or without accommodation.
