Job Details:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities to ensure a smooth, efficient, and fun shift every day.

This includes:

  • Overseeing cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer interactions during your shifts.
  • Leading by example, ensuring that all policies and procedures are consistently followed.
  • Supporting the General Manager in training, scheduling, and motivating the team.
  • Assisting with store operations, such as maintaining cleanliness and preparing food to Domino's high standards.
  • Ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service, and every pizza is made to perfection.

Qualifications:

To thrive as an Assistant Manager, you'll need to bring the following:
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills and experience handling cash.
  • Ability to operate store equipment and take on various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check, drug test, and Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule with varying hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
