This position offers an opportunity to represent the brand, develop retail skills and contribute to a positive customer experience. Pay Range Base pay: $16.90/yr – $18.59/yr. Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a 'friends first' mindset. Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist team members in getting the job done. Act with integrity and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures. Qualifications Love interacting with people. Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
