*Responsibilities:*

* *Leadership:* Supervise nursing staff, ensuring quality of care and compliance with regulations.
* *Building Management:* Manage the overall functioning of the building for the assigned shift.
* *Training:* Provide guidance and assistance to staff, ensuring ongoing understanding and training.
* *Communication:* Regularly communicate with the Director of Nursing and administration regarding observations and suggestions.
* *Emergency Response:* Administer direct and/or emergency care when necessary, ensuring the safety and security of residents.

*Ideal Candidate:*

* *Qualifications:* Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
* *Licensure:* Current RN license in the State.
* *Experience:* 2 years of nursing experience and 2 years of supervisory experience required.

Pay: $36.35 - $55.29 per hour
