Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Join a fast‑growing, PE‑backed healthcare organization based in Addison, TX, and help build the FP&A function from the ground up. This high‑impact role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape financial strategy in a dynamic, acquisitive environment. What You’ll Do Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multi‑site operations. Develop pro‑formas, physician compensation models, and revenue recognition analysis. Drive data analytics and financial modeling to support growth initiatives. Integrate new acquisitions into financial processes and assist with transaction‑related analysis. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to deliver actionable insights. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; Master’s preferred. 4–8 years in FP&A or analytical finance roles; experience in multi‑site healthcare strongly preferred. Background in public accounting (Transaction Services) a plus. Advanced Excel and strong data analytics skills (PowerBI, Alteryx, Databricks).
