The position requires good rapport and professional relationship with physicians, fellow employees, and other departments.ResponsibilitiesIt is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.Our team members are part of an environment that fosters teamwork, team member engagement and community involvement.The successful team member has a commitment to leveraging diversity and inclusion in support of quality care.All Novant Health team members are responsible for fostering a safe patient environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm".THE ECHO TECH CLINICAL LEAD FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.Education: Registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or obtained within 12 months of hire.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full time experience in Cardiac Ultrasound preferredOther Qualifications: Current BLS RequiredNovant Health is an equal opportunity employer and conducts all human resource practices in compliance with federal, state and local civil rights and employment legislation.
