Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create innovative, business-aligned technology solutions.

Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for ServiceNow strategy, architecture, and implementation. Drive organizational change and optimize IT processes using ServiceNow and related technologies. Lead programs through implementation strategy and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-level ServiceNow architecture and integration strategies (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM modules). Translate business processes into efficient ServiceNow workflows. Lead technical design and development efforts, including low-code/no-code and GenAI-assisted workflows. Oversee complex ServiceNow landscapes and optimize digital product development.

Develop work packages/modules and review technical architecture and code quality. Support business development through proposals and thought leadership. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal BCG teams. What You'll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related (Master’s preferred).8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience including development and configuration.8+ years experience in IT architecture roles.

Deep technical expertise with ServiceNow tooling: ServiceNow Studio, CLI, APIs, IntegrationHub. Strong knowledge of cloud-native applications, API/microservices, data analytics architecture, programming paradigms, and automation tools (DevOps, AIOps). Agile mindset and experience supporting agile engineering processes. Ability to explain complex technology concepts to executives and senior stakeholders.

Willingness to travel for client engagements as required. Technical Skills & Knowledge Areas:High-level ServiceNow solution and integration architecture. ServiceNow product expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM. Modern ServiceNow Application Lifecycle Management tools.
