What Does a House Supervisor Do? As a House Supervisor with Lower Keys Medical Center, you will spend your day
* Directing and coordinating hospital activities responsible for ensuring the delivery of competent, appropriate nursing care on all units within the hospital.
* Monitor compliance with Standards of Care and practice by participating in chart reviews and observing staff.
* Implements and Maintains compliance with established policies and procedures, safety regulations, infection control standards, JACO, and OSHA standards.
* You will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of tasks.
* Also, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
* Typically reports to Associate Executive Director - Nursing / DON.

Which Qualifications Do You Need? In order to set you up for success, you need the basics of
* Requires graduation from an accredited AD, Diploma, or Baccalaureate Degree in the curriculum.
* You must possess a current FL license.
* Must have four years in a related field of nursing, with one year in a management role.
* You will need to be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this field.
* BLS Healthcare Provider required.
