Growth as a Security Challenge Play a critical role in scaling securely with M&A and digital transformation. What You'll Do Understand and Prioritize Key Risks Develop an enterprise?wide view of cyber and operational risks and translate insights into actionable frameworks. Quantify and Narrate Cyber Risk Transform telemetry into a scorecard linking exposure to impact; partner with Legal and Compliance for audit readiness. Champion Enterprise Security Standards Define a clear business?aligned baseline for each operating company and inspire adoption. Enable Secure Solutions Define guardrails, reference architectures, and decision records for platform and application teams. Accelerate Next?Gen Threat Detection & Response Own the detection capability, partner with engineering, and lead the incident response playbook. Build Relationships Across the Business Work with CIOs and leaders to shape a shared responsibility culture; publish quarterly risk scorecards. Embed Security into the M&A Playbook Facilitate cyber due diligence, create a roadmap to recruit and grow top?tier cyber talent. What You'll Bring 20+ years of progressive experience in technology and information security, at least 5 in a senior leadership role. Experience in consulting and understanding the fundamentals of engineering and construction business. Proven ability to lead cybersecurity in a federated enterprise, balancing central strategy with local autonomy. Track record of leading through influence in federated environments. Experience designing and implementing enterprise security controls aligned to frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, NERC CIP, and CMMC; translate into practical roadmaps. Demonstrated ability to quantify investment business cases. Hands?on M&A security experience leading cyber due diligence and post?close integration. Exceptional communication and relationship?building skills; influence through credibility. Collaborative mindset: look for ways to say yes, if rather than default to no. Experience building risk frameworks that bridge operations, cybersecurity, and executive oversight. Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are required.
