Responsibilities include maintaining an organized parts room, assisting with inventory control, issuing parts to technicians, and ensuring the availability of necessary tools and parts for maintenance activities.

The role also involves accurate documentation and reporting.Job FunctionsManage the receipt, storage, and issuance of parts and suppliesAssist with inventory control and perform cycle countsMaintain cleanliness and organization of parts room and tool areasSupport maintenance technicians in locating and retrieving parts/toolsAccurately document parts usage and maintain compliance recordsIn performing their responsibilities, employees are expected to perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision, interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers, work effectively as a team contributor and independently while understanding the necessity for communication with other employees and throughout Scoular.

RequirementsMinimum High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in parts management or inventory controlStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management softwareAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsEquipment and/or technology used: Minimum Computer with inventory management softwareBarcode scannerPallet jacks or hand trucks
