Job Description As a Managing Director you will serve as a client account manager and work with the C-level of public and private companies to articulate the company's competitive advantages, growth strategy, industry dynamics, and valuation story, while communicating a consistent strategic and financial story. You will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of a comprehensive and strategic investor relations program, serving as a liaison and channel of communication between our clients and investors, shareholders, analysts, and other influencers in the investment community. Develop a company investor relations plan Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation Establish the optimum type and mix of shareholders and create that mix through a variety of targeting and outreach initiatives Maintain an active dialogue with key equity investors, stakeholders and the research analyst community Organize conferences, roadshows, phone and conference calls, email and online virtual roadshow activities in U.S. and global markets Work with executives to develop and execute all investor communications, including overall strategy and tactics for implementation Create press releases, presentations, and other communication materials for earnings releases, investor days, industry events, quarterly conference call scripts and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors Provide feedback to management regarding the investment community’s perception of the company and the impact of stock repurchase programs or dividend changes on the investment community Prospect for qualified IR client candidates and convert them to paying clients Desired Qualifications 6+ years of investor relations agency experience BA/BS degree with emphasis in accounting or finance Excellent analytical and quantitative skills Detail oriented and superior organizational skills Ability to work effectively and thrive in a high‑pressure, deadline‑oriented environment Superior written and verbal communication skills Established relationships in the investment community Understanding of the Wall Street ecosystem, specifically in the micro- and small-cap space Ability to collaborate effectively with the executive team as well as back‑office support, and superior client‑service skills Willingness to travel Seniority Level Director Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Business Development and Sales Location Minneapolis, MN Compensation $150,000 – $350,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
