Job Summary:
As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for performing quality work within deadlines, ensuring the safe movement and packaging of products, and supporting the efforts of management to meet profit and growth objectives. You will work independently while effectively communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees. This is a full-time position that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time, temp to hire
- Location: Moncks Corner, SC 29461
- Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.
- Shift: 6:00am to 6:00pm or 6:00pm to 6:00am, Monday through Friday, working every Saturday 8 hours.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the FFS Line, including the head unit, palletizer, and hooder
- Ensure 100% uptime on production with the help of maintenance
- Perform daily inspections of equipment and keep them clean and in good running order
- Assist with railcar placement as needed
- Check and verify all paperwork, including printer entry
- Perform simple field maintenance to maintain machine uptime
- Keep the machine properly fed with product, bag film, pallets, slip-sheets, and hood film
- Communicate any problems or concerns with equipment or processes
- Immediately acknowledge and accept responsibility for any damage to product or equipment

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Education, but some college preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication abilities with internal and external customers
- Strong computer proficiency
- Understanding of an inventory system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Physically strong and healthy, capable of walking, climbing, and bending
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
