Competitive Salary Package: Start with a basic salary of £25,732 per annum plus up to £2500 weighting, dependant on work location. Bonus and commission schemes available. Work-Life Balance: Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hr week), with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with an increased salary. Industry-Leading Training: Receive top-notch training to support our customers’ needs Interior Landscaping Technician Role In this role, you will travel to various customer locations to install and maintain a range of interior plant and flower displays. Responsibilities Maintaining scenting units and cartridges Assisting in the installation of our seasonal displays Working closely with the sales team to create an agreed design Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times Requirements Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs Able to undertake physical tasks such as installing planters and hanging baskets Enjoy driving and be comfortable with working at heights You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for Benefits Additional opportunities to earn more with regular bonus and commission schemes.
