Our client, a mid-sized firm based in NYC, is seeking a mid-level corporate securities associate to join it team. Ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of law firm experience.
Salary range for this position is $191,000 to $233,000 and will be dependent on a variety of factors.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of law firm experience
- Experience with securities in required
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and writing skills are required
- J.D. from an accredited law school is required
- Must be an active member of the New York bar in good standing
