Talent Acquisition Manager — Conflicts Manager Husch Blackwell LLP is a full‑service litigation and business law firm with multiple locations across the United States. Overview The Conflicts Manager oversees and directs all functions related to conflicts clearance for new business requests. The position may be filled remotely or at any of our office locations. Essential Job Functions Supervises and coordinates with conflicts leadership and analysts to ensure timely queue management for new business and maintenance requests. Hires and manages general Conflicts Analysts, including interview, onboarding, timesheet review, vacation requests, and staffing recommendations. Serves as a point of reference for analysts and other team members regarding escalation of conflicts clearance questions and issues. Assists the conflicts leadership team in creating and documenting best practices and training materials. Interacts with attorneys and staff throughout the firm regarding conflicts process, resolution, and related questions. Provides input on conflicts procedures, processes and workflow. Provides personnel leadership and development feedback to analysts. Performs other duties as assigned. Position Requirements Five years’ conflicts experience, including at least one year of conflicts management experience; international law firm experience strongly preferred. Juris Doctor preferred. Ability to analyze potential conflict of interest issues. Comprehensive working knowledge of relevant conflicts policies. Impeccable integrity in personal and fiduciary matters. Experience working with senior leadership to make recommendations or build consensus. Knowledge of Intapp Open or similar conflicts software, Microsoft Office, NetDocs, Intapp Terms, Intapp Walls, and corporate research databases. Proficiency in the Firm’s Document Management System. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Exceptional judgment, flexibility and professionalism. Availability to work after hours on occasion. Travel to other offices and events as needed. Compensation & Benefits Employees receive compensation commensurate with skill and experience. Expected compensation ranges vary by state and jurisdiction (e.g., $125,000–$239,000 in California). Salaries do not include discretionary bonus; bonus opportunities are non‑guaranteed and dependent on performance.
