**Job Title: EVS Aide - Housekeeper****Job Description**The successful candidate for this role will work in a janitorial capacity, maintaining the cleanliness of common areas and preparing discharged patient rooms for new occupants. Duties include mopping, trash disposal, linen changing, and bathroom cleaning. The candidate will also operate low-speed floor scrubbers, high-speed floor burnishers, carpet extractors, and wet/dry vacuums. Other responsibilities include stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors, shampooing carpets, cleaning vents, fans, and other equipment, restocking supplies, dusting, window cleaning, and maintaining janitor equipment in an organized and safe manner.**Hard Skills**+ Custodial duties+ Cleaning+ Mopping+ Operating mechanical cleaning equipment+ Floor and carpet maintenance+ Equipment maintenance**Soft Skills**+ Time management+ Attention to detail+ Teamwork+ Adaptability**Job Type**This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Fountain Valley, California.**Work Environment**This position operates in a bustling hospital environment with over 150 staff members. The work will mostly take place in and around patient rooms, common areas, stairwells, and elevators.
