Senior Product Manager FastSpring is seeking a Senior Product Manager with expertise in international payments and real-time payment methods. In this role, you will shape the vision, roadmap, and execution for our global payments products, collaborating across teams to deliver innovative, secure, and seamless payment experiences. Responsibilities & Goals Develop and communicate a clear, actionable strategy for global payments, with a focus on local and real-time payment methods. Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and evolving payment market trends. Partner closely with engineering, risk, fraud, sales, customer, and marketing teams to drive agile product delivery and robust risk controls. Own the payment service provider (PSP) and payment aggregator evaluation and vetting. Partner with design to create seamless payment experiences within FastSpring checkouts. Monitor global trends and analyze competitor offerings to help maintain a competitive edge. Engage with external partners and customers to gather feedback, validate enhancements, and identify new opportunities. Ensure all products meet international regulations and security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR). Define and track key metrics to assess product success and drive continuous improvement. Leverage data and customer insights to iterate and enhance product features and the overall customer experience. Experience & Qualifications 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on global payments including real-time payment methods. Proven track record of independently launching and scaling payment products in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with engineering, risk, fraud, and compliance teams. Solid understanding of international payment trends, economics, regulations, and security standards. Demonstrated ability to use data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, or similar) to define, track, and interpret product performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering secure and seamless payment experiences. High integrity and accountability, especially in managing risk and compliance responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with API-driven payment platforms or developer-centric products. Prior product experience at a payment service provider. Familiarity with emerging trends in global payments and new payment technologies. Advanced proficiency with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma).
