Responsibilities Lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives for SAP’s largest and most important customers. Create strategic and tactical roadmaps charting deployment of digital solutions and develop compelling business cases. Provide comprehensive advice to customers on long‑ and short‑term opportunities for key strategic imperatives and recommend innovations that anticipate future direction of business and IT stakeholders. Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions with IT and business executives. Work across multiple functions and teams to define clear requirements to achieve business outcomes. Analyze key business and IT requirements focusing on complex, long‑term contracts in A&D, Federal and State & Local Government environments. Develop strategic roadmaps that encompass the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future state. Identify improvement potentials within the areas, especially in public sector and commercial contract and program management capabilities. Influence transition states toward joint business outcomes building on SAP solution value. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills—teamwork, facilitation, negotiation; able to lead customer engagements at an executive level. Proven deep implementation knowledge in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and cloud solutions (ideally in A&D and Public Sector). Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to discuss strategies and technical information for technical and non‑technical audiences. Ability to estimate the financial impact of various solution architecture alternatives. 5+ years of SAP solution experience and 5+ years of management consulting experience. 10+ years of solution and/or architecture (business & IT) experience. MBA preferred. BTS works at both program and enterprise levels to define, deliver, and measure strategic business outcomes. Compensation Annualized compensation range (base salary plus variable incentive target): $151,900 – $340,900 USD. Actual offer within this range will depend on education, skills, experience, scope of role, location, and company performance.
