Partner Manager EMEA Department: Sales EMEA Employment Type: Full Time Location: Germany Reporting To: Head of Sales - EMEA Description At Factbird, we partner with manufacturers to make production smarter, simpler, and more transparent. As we continue expanding across EMEA, we’re looking for a Partner Manager who can strengthen our ecosystem of strategic alliances and accelerate our growth through collaboration. This role is central to shaping how Factbird connects with the broader manufacturing network — driving partnerships that deliver real value to customers and advance our mission to modernise factory operations worldwide. About the role The EMEA Partner Manager will design and execute Factbird’s partner strategy across EMEA; focusing on consulting firms, system integrators, and technology providers active in Food & Beverage, CPG, and Packaging manufacturing. You’ll combine commercial acumen, deep manufacturing knowledge, and strong regional relationships to identify, onboard, and develop partners capable of co-selling and deploying Factbird solutions at scale. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead Factbird’s EMEA partner strategy, identifying and recruiting key consulting, integration, and technology/SaaS partners. Build and manage relationships with partners that have strong presence and credibility within Food & Beverage, CPG, and Packaging sectors. Create joint value propositions and go-to-market initiatives that align with Factbird’s growth goals and manufacturing expertise. Work closely with regional sales teams to generate pipeline, support co-selling motions, and drive partner-influenced revenue. Enable partners through structured onboarding, product training, and shared marketing initiatives. Measure and report on partner performance against KPIs including pipeline generation, win rates, and revenue contribution. Represent Factbird across EMEA at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand our brand and partnerships, with a strong DACH focus About You You’re a connector, strategist, and trusted advisor with a deep understanding of the manufacturing ecosystem. You know how to speak the language of both blue‑chip manufacturers and consulting partners, translating between operational value and commercial outcomes. Requirements: 7+ years’ experience in manufacturing consultancy or transformation, ideally within Food & Beverage, CPG, or Packaging industries. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fluency in German and English. Strong professional network across the DACH region and broader EMEA manufacturing landscape. Demonstrated success in developing and managing partnerships or commercial alliances. Solid understanding of factory operations, OEE, continuous improvement, and digital transformation. Experience deploying or commercializing digital manufacturing technologies (e.g. IIoT, MES, OEE, or automation systems). Structured, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving, international SaaS environment. Comfortable with frequent travel within EMEA. Why Factbird? At Factbird, our people come first. Here’s what you can look forward to: Flexible working hours – because life doesn’t always follow a schedule, and we want you to find the right balance between work and personal life. Competitive salary Internet reimbursement – stay connected, wherever you’re working from. Your Tech, Your Choice – pick the laptop and gear that work best for you, so you can do your best work.
