Stallant Health & Wellness - Physician (Medical Director) – Rural Health Clinic This role combines direct patient care two days a week and serving as Medical Director, providing guidance and oversight to our team of Advanced Practice Providers. Key Responsibilities Providing direct patient care during scheduled clinic days (2 days per week). Serving as Medical Director, including oversight and supervision of Advanced Practice Provider(s) (APP’s). Being available as needed, on days working in the clinic, as well as remotely when not in the clinic, to assist the APP(s) with clinical questions or patient care concerns. Chart reviews of APP(s). Collaborating with clinic leadership to ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards. Supporting and promoting Stallant’s emphasis on preventive and lifestyle medicine. Collaborating with admin on development of policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Fostering a positive, supportive, and inspiring work environment consistent with Stallant’s mission and values. Salary and Benefits Salary: 140000 per year for 2 clinical days per week. Medical Director stipend: 40000 per year while supervising one APP. Possible Student Loan Repayment Option.
