One of the largest electric utility in Illinois.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Coordinate direct mail campaigns including list management, print inventory, and reporting.Manage ComEducation mailbox and schedule presentations and community table events throughout service territory.Manage premium inventory and fulfill requests from internal departments.Execute marketing initiatives as outlined in plan for Vegetation Management program, including social media posts and collateral development.Responsible for conducting industry benchmarking and reporting results.Support with clerical functions such as preparing materials and presentations, updating web content, and maintaining materials on various SharePoint sites and in file locations.QualificationsQualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.Experience: 2-4 years relevant experienceStrong writing and communication skillsExcellent project management and organizational skills; detail-orientedExperience working with Microsoft Office including intermediate proficiency with Excel - have advanced excel skills.Nice to have is Microsoft SmartsheetsAbility to work with a diverse group of people across several departmentsAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently, display sound judgment, and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to develop a sense of urgency and respond appropriatelyExperience working in a collaborative team environment on large initiativesMust be a self-starter with a “can do” attitudeFamiliarity working with marketing agencies, print production and managing content design is required.An understanding of smart grid is desirable.Additional InformationWe are an equal opportunity employer and all your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
