Schedule: Mon.-Fri. 8a-5p
Job Duties:
· Answer and direct all phone calls
· Manage, clean and organize the front desk and two sample rooms
· Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Be able to multitask
· 10-Key adding machine knowledge (preferred)
· Stock the copy rooms and break room
· Ability to lift/handle 40lbs
· Handle office correspondence
· Prepare packages for shipment – USPS, UPS and FedEx
· Order and receive samples for projects
· Collect and sort all mail and packages
· Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
· Maintain office records
· Maintain respectable appearance and wear business casual attire
· Decorate the office for holidays
· Perform various other clerical tasks, including faxing, transcribing and filing
