10‑month School‑Based Outpatient Clinician – Resident/Supervisee (LMHP‑R, LMHP‑S) – Nelson County Schools Intercept Health is partnering with LifeBridge Counseling to offer a full‑time, 10‑month School‑Based Outpatient Clinician position aligned with the Nelson County Public Schools academic year. The role will provide individual, family, or group outpatient therapy in the school setting. Responsibilities Deliver evidence‑based outpatient therapy to students, families, and groups. Provide therapeutic services in person or via tele‑health, tailored to individual needs. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and related care providers. Document sessions and maintain accurate clinical records in the electronic health record system. Participate in supervision and program quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Licensed professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCP) or supervised toward licensure (Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work). Post‑graduate clinical experience working with children, adolescents, or families. Experience across a range of therapeutic modalities and commitment to evidence‑based practices. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Benefits & Support Supportive, team‑focused work environment.
