This role is a great fit if you’ve already taken your first steps in digital marketing (1–2 years of experience) and are ready to contribute independently to building our brand and driving engagement across multiple channels.You’ll work closely with the Business Development team to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that promote our SaaS product and strengthen our employer brand.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow our employer brand presence across digital channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, website, etc.).Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to boost product awareness and employer branding.Create and publish engaging content (posts, articles, videos) aligned with our brand voice and marketing objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives and support company events.Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.Maintain and manage company media assets (images, videos, design templates).Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas to increase engagement.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.1–2 years of relevant experience in SaaS digital marketing.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Solid understanding of social media management, content marketing, and digital campaign execution.Basic knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and marketing analytics is a plus.Proficiency in design tools such as Canva / FigmaStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.Passion for marketing, branding, and continuous learning.Competitive salary package: including 13th salary, profit sharing, special bonuses for excellent members.Full social insurance: 100% covered from probationary period.Monthly lunch and gasoline allowances.Work-life balance: 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday, 17 days off (including a 1-week summer holiday) and allowed work-from-home when necessary.We treat other people the way we want to be treatedSustainabilityWe aim for a healthy and long-term journeyOne-TeamWe are united and highly committed to team resultsWe aim to deliver WOW results with a focus on qualityBuild your career with TechSoftCompany values and opportunities for growth aligned with TechSoft’s mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr
