OverviewPosition: Clinical Therapist (Child & Adolescent)Location: Royal Oak, MIJob Id: 2323# of Openings: 2Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan is seeking a master's level clinical therapist to work in our children and family outpatient mental health clinic in Royal Oak, Michigan. The Clinical Therapist provides direct clinical care in the form of individual and/or family treatment as part of an interdisciplinary team that includes medical providers. Duties include documentation in the electronic clinical record and treatment planning for compliance with accreditation, licensing, and third-party funders. Benefits Health insurance for full-time employees Generous paid time off for both part-time and full-time employees 10 paid holidays Retirement plan with immediate employer matching Free clinical supervision for limited-licensed clinicians and those on a MCBAP development Professional environment that values professional development and cutting-edge treatment approaches Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Master’s level degree in a human services field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Addiction Studies) Limited or fully licensed through the State of Michigan (Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Limited License Psychologist) Clinical experience with mental health disorders, particularly in children and adolescents Knowledge of childhood development and family dynamics Excellent interpersonal skills, good moral character with flexibility of work schedule, including the ability to conduct telehealth Good verbal and written skills Computer skills and ability to utilize an electronic health record Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning for children and adolescents Maintain necessary correspondence and communication with other agency and service providers Carry a caseload of a minimum of 12 cases for part time and 24 cases for full time Prepare assigned clients for discharge or transition through planning and linkage with services as indicated Conduct oneself in an ethical, mature and professional manner and treat clients, referral sources and coworkers with dignity and respect Complete documentation within agency guidelines and timeframes Attend regular supervisory sessions, in-service trainings, required staff meetings and psychiatric consultation as required Position Details Part time or full-time position. Hybrid/office schedule offered. Core business days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. This position requires two evenings per week to accommodate client scheduling requests. #J-18808-Ljbffr
