Multiple Sr. Plumbing / Process Piping Project Manager Kforce's client in Pleasanton, CA has multiple openings for a Project Manager & Senior Project Manager to lead HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects. These roles involve developing and maintaining client relationships, managing sales, and overseeing field labor in collaboration with field leadership. Strong judgment, autonomy, and commitment to organizational goals are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects, drive results, and mentor future leaders while ensuring successful delivery from concept to completion. Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams Manage all aspects of project execution: estimating, proposals, meetings, contracts, procurement, and installation sequencing Forecast budgets, control costs, and handle billing Lead client meetings, finalize contracts, and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors Coordinate efforts across engineering, purchasing, accounting, construction, and service teams Mentor project engineers and coordinators; support recruiting and training initiatives Complete special assignments as directed by leadership Requirements BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field 10+ years of experience in estimating, design, and/or management of HVAC projects ($50K-$100M+) Ability to work independently and meet goals High integrity and professionalism Proven ability to develop new business Strong interpersonal and project management skills; able to handle high-volume issues Active presence in industry or community organizations Proactivity: acts with minimal supervision Perseverance: achieves challenging goals despite obstacles Insight: identifies new possibilities through analysis Engagement: communicates persuasively and connects with people Teamwork: collaborates effectively toward common goals Big Picture Thinking: contributes to short- and long-term strategies Motivation: commits to excellence and collective goals Technical Curiosity: open to learning and change Problem-Solving: analyzes and resolves issues effectively Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-7:00 PM Travel: to offices and job sites as needed Physical Requirements Lift/move up to 10 lbs frequently; 25 lbs occasionally Close and distance vision required Regularly talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, and use hands Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl during site walks Valid Class C driver's license; ability to travel Regular attendance required We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees.
