We are seeking a Director to join our investment banking team focusing on M&A, growth equity, and strategic advisory for high growth and mature software companies in our Redwood City, CA office.ResponsibilitiesOur Directors assume significant leadership responsibility by leading sector coverage, sourcing initiatives and transaction execution. Directors partner with our senior partners to source new business, service our clients, and oversee day-to-day deal execution.
