Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. This contract position is ideal for professionals interested in contributing to the educational development of young learners during the current school year. Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Provide direct therapy services that promote communication skills and academic success Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and compliance with therapy plans Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide communication goals Qualifications: Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school environment Strong knowledge of speech and language development and related therapy techniques Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes Commitment to supporting diverse learners in a positive and inclusive setting Location:Minneapolis, MN Elementary School This contract role offers the opportunity to impact young students communicative abilities positively within a dynamic educational community.
