Role: Senior Technical Delivery Manager - Data Projects

Location – Chicago IL (Need Locals)

Fulltime with Hexaware

Exp - 20+ years


Key Skills

Strong PM Experience (PMP Certified)

Strong Data Management experience (background in managing Data projects)

Strong Communication Skills and Customer/Stakeholder Management Skills


Technical Skills:

Strong experience in delivering DW/BI solutions

Strong experience in ETL, SQL, SSIS

Experience in designing and developing data integration Solutions using Azure Data Factory

Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure SQL Database

Good experience in Data Modeling, Database Design Patterns.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

Good knowledge and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.

Strong Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts


Project Management Skills:

Project planning and scheduling

Risk management

Budget management

Stakeholder management

Time management


Leadership and Communication Skills:

Effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams

Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

Conflict resolution skills

Negotiation skills


Analytical Skills:

Understanding of business goals and objectives
