Telecom Construction Underground Supervisor Qualified candidates will supervise underground telecom construction operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals. Ensure employees meet all safety, quality, and production goals according to rules, regulations, and standards set by the company. Maintain daily production sheets and other reporting. Inspect trucks/equipment for defects. Participate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customers. Resolve complaints. Perform other duties as necessary. Demonstrate the ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Authorized to work in the United States for this company. 3+ years of experience within the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus). Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment safely. Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and equipment safely. Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps to identify the type and size of underground utilities. Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.), Google applications, and/or other construction related software applications. Able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance.
