Primary Purpose

Facilitate, Engineer, Design and perform project management tasks for assigned projects. Provide support to other sectors of the business.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

* Works with internal customers and third parties (architects, engineers, construction) to facilitate engineering and design and develops clear project scopes. Provides mentorship to Project Engineer I.
* Develops a project scope with the Project team based on internal customer needs. Researches, evaluates, engineers and designs. Manages projects through completion.
* Manages and directs construction, renovation and/or project activities to achieve stated objective on time and on budget.
* Directs and enforces safety policies and standards for projects.
* Manages quality outcome of assigned projects - on time and on budget. Provides periodic reporting as directed.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Agricultural).
* 3-5 years' relevant experience.
* AutoCAD skills & collaborating skills.
* Strong teamwork skills & problem-solving skills.
* Project administration.
* Internal resource coordination.
* Experience with using Microsoft Project.
