Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist Responsibilities Lead communication with external vendors, providing timely updates and ensuring documentation is received. Own documentation and posting compliant standards for the team. Own high important requisitions, providing holistic support for internal and external customers. Create and manage job postings. Train Talent Acquisition (TA), Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition Operations (TAO) on roles and responsibilities within the PERM Recruitment process. Create and accurately maintain documents and files related to PERM (Immigrant Visas) filings and other immigration matters. Conduct thorough resume screening and send out questionnaires to qualified applicants. Ensure questionnaires are completed in a timely manner and record findings in the trackers. Conduct Recruiter phone screens and set up evaluations with hiring managers, for all qualified applicants. Review and finalize recruitment matrix for each job posting, in a compliant manner. Ensure each stage is carried out in a timely and compliant manner. Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time‑sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner. Qualifications 3+ years of HR background and/or recruitment or recruiting coordination experience is preferred, or an interest in Talent Acquisition and willingness to learn is welcomed. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects. Preferred Qualifications Good organizational and communication skills demonstrated with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Ability to contribute in a fast‑paced, high volume and culturally diverse environment. Applicants should be willing to work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week (subject to change), and be willing to travel domestically and internationally. Job Information 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $79,800 - $174,400 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
