JOB DESCRIPTION The Vice President of Information Technology will provide strategic and operational leadership across a multi-site manufacturing organization. This individual will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's enterprise technology roadmap—encompassing infrastructure modernization, cloud strategy, cybersecurity, and systems integration—to enable growth, scalability, and compliance within a public company environment. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical expertise with strong executive leadership and the ability to engage stakeholders across operations, finance, and executive leadership teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the enterprise IT strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and operational priorities. Oversee infrastructure modernization initiatives, including network, data center, and cloud transformation projects. Direct cybersecurity programs, policies, and risk management initiatives across all company sites. Guide integration of newly acquired entities, standardizing systems, processes, and security frameworks. Partner with executive leadership to deliver technology solutions that support manufacturing operations, financial systems, and business intelligence. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and enterprise software investments. Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for IT staff across multiple locations. Maintain and enhance the reliability, scalability, and compliance posture of core IT systems. Serve as the primary technology liaison to business stakeholders and the executive board. Ensure IT service excellence and responsiveness to both corporate and plant-level requirements. QUALIFICATIONS years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least years at the Director or VP level. Proven success within a public company environment. Experience leading IT operations across multiple locations. Experience in Aerospace / Defense industry required. Demonstrated strength in infrastructure, cloud, networks, and cybersecurity. Experience in acquisition integration and enterprise system standardization. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution. Willingness and ability to travel up to % as needed across sites.
