Description

We're in search of a hard-working team player to join us as a janitor. You'll be in charge of the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of our building. A typical day includes cleaning floors, cleaning dog suites, dishes, laundry, windows and any additional maintenance duties as needed. If you take pride in a clean space and love working on a team, fill out an application.

Other: This is a part time position with availability needed Monday to Friday 3:30 to 7:30pm and rotating weekends. Weekly hours are about 15-20.

Responsibilities

•Clean up dog eliminations such as urine, feces, and other body eliminations.
•Replace supplies, clean windows, mop and vacuum floors, clean restrooms, and clean counters and surfaces in all rooms.
•Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained
•Lock doors to ensure building security once cleaning is finished
•Perform daily janitorial duties such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash
•Remove dangerous hazards and clean up spills with squeegees or sponges
•Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, and supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis

Qualifications

•Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
•Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
•Excellent stamina and physical health
•Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
•Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
