What you’ll be doing:

  • Primary responsibilities will include working with Business and IT stakeholders to methodically understand and decompose the current process and systems landscape; including external supplier integration points
  • Business analysts work closely with various customers including their immediate project teams, business unit representatives and other technical staff members, often facilitating and coordinating the communication among all parties
  • The business analyst will interface with business units and elicit/develop business requirements in anticipation of system setup and testing and record these in Jira
  • The Business Analyst will drive value throughout the entire development lifecycle from project inception, requirements, design, construct, testing, and deployment
  • Gather requirements from business users and record them clearly in a format useful to developers and test analysts.


Need to have:

  • 5+ years in an IT Business Analyst role with Jira experience
  • Experience working with business to ensure it is documented and work with developers to ensure tested appropriately
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping
  • Proven ability in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into system application and operational requirements
  • Experience working acting as a liaison between business users and technical staff.
  • Strong experience with various software development methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall
