LEASING SPECIALISTAshley Oaks Apartments - Charleston, SC 29407 We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, legal administrative tasks, and excellent customer relationship management skills. Responsibilities Conduct property tours for potential residents and provide information about available apartments Process lease applications and renewals, ensuring all required documents are completed accurately Maintain knowledge of current leasing availability, market conditions, and competitor pricing Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads and follow-up with prospects Handle resident inquiries and issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with maintenance team to address unit readiness for move-ins Skills Proficiency in legal administrative tasks related to leasing contracts Strong sales skills with the ability to secure leases efficiently Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Proficient in general office tasks with strong phone etiquette If you are a motivated individual with a passion for multifamily and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Leasing Specialist.
