This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment and are looking to escape the demanding billable hour requirements of traditional law firms.Basic Requirements for the California Employment Attorney: 3+ years of experience advising employers on federal, state, and local employment law matters with a strong emphasis on California labor and employment issues. Responsibilities include reviewing corporate onboarding documentation, advising on compliance and exemption classifications, and drafting or revising workplace policies and employee handbooks.Preferred candidates will have prior experience in the labor and employment practice group of a large law firm, a highly regarded employment law boutique, or a major corporate legal department.
