Heritage Pointe of FW is seeking a reliable and detailed-oriented person to join our housekeeping team. We are looking for someone with the ability to work independently and be a part of a dynamic team while maintaining a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. This is the perfect position for a motivated individual to join a growing team of property management professionals. The position is full-time and can occasionally include weekends. (Some occasional after-hours, and holidays may be required).

Essential Job Functions

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of residents' rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying trash.
  • Laundry Services: Assist with washing, drying, and folding linens and residents' personal laundry as needed.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
  • Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management promptly.
  • Resident Interaction: Interact courteously and respectfully with residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow all health and safety regulations and community guidelines to ensure the well-being of residents and staff.
  • Flexibility: Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor to meet the operational needs of the community.
Job Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous housekeeping experience preferred, particularly in a residential or healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with residents and staff.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends, including occasional holidays.
