Job Title Oak Street Health New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Location Pleasant Grove - 1515 S Buckner Blvd Ste 141, Dallas, TX 75217 Program Description Start your NP career in the future of healthcare Oak Street Health's NP Fellowship in Adult Primary Care is in formal collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. The 12‑month paid fellowship provides all the necessary skills, support, and learning to become a highly confident and competent clinician for older adults. Fellows build their own patient panel, learn from multiple preceptors, and engage in didactic content that builds on, not repeats, graduate training. All fellows commit to working at Oak Street for at least a year following program completion. The program has two concurrent cohorts starting in September and March each year. Requirements Family, adult, or adult‑gerontology primary care nurse practitioners who graduated or will graduate between May 2024 and September 2025. Currently residing in or willing to relocate to the program location for at least the next two years. Have not yet worked as an NP. Minimum of one year experience within the last five years working as an adult RN. Minimum GPA of 3.0 in NP program. Currently holds or will hold by 3/16/2026 an active, non‑probationary state NP license. A genuine passion for adult primary care. A supportive attitude toward our patient population of older adults. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $87,035.00 - $187,460.00. This represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
