Academic Physician - MD/DO - Pediatric Cardiologist SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital is seeking a full‑time BC/BE Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Cardiologist (Inpatient/Outpatient) to join our division of Pediatric Cardiology. About the Division Our division comprises eleven pediatric cardiologists, two clinical nurse practitioners, dedicated cardiology clinic nurses, and a fellowship training program. The ACHD program includes 1 physician, 1 PA, and 1 nurse/program manager. The division is housed within the Dorothy and Larry Dallas Heart Center and works closely with the adjacent adult SLU/SSM Adult Hospital. Position Details Join a well‑established group of academic pediatric and adult cardiologists. Primary clinical responsibilities in Adult Congenital Heart Disease with additional inpatient services and non‑invasive imaging. Opportunity to grow multidisciplinary clinical programs, research, and programmatic funding. Faculty appointment with Saint Louis University School of Medicine; clinical rank commensurate with experience. Provide outpatient and inpatient consultative care; diagnostics include echocardiography, advanced imaging, cardiac catheterization, intervention, electrophysiology, and cardiac surgery. Engage in teaching medical students, residents, and cardiovascular fellows. Ample opportunities to contribute to research initiatives. Participate in statewide and nationwide ACHD advocacy efforts. Qualifications Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent, be board‑certified or board‑eligible in Pediatric or Adult Cardiology, and be eligible for medical licensure in Missouri. Candidates have completed an ACGME‑accredited 3‑year fellowship in Pediatric or Adult Cardiology and have advanced training or significant experience in ACHD. Visa candidates are welcome.
