SUMMARY

The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for all position levels, including sourcing top talent, conducting in-depth interviews, evaluating candidate fit, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet critical hiring goals and strategically contributing to the company's talent acquisition strategy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Actively seek out qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry events to identify top talent for complex roles.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews, behavioral interviewing, and reference checks to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, develop detailed job descriptions, and set realistic expectations for the recruitment process.
  • Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles, present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, and provide insightful recommendations based on candidate evaluations.
  • Lead offer negotiation process, including salary and benefits, to secure top talent while aligning with company budget.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and maintain a positive company image.
  • Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitments.
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, including behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, compensation strategies, and industry best practices.
