The store will be opening in January 2026Job PurposeThe GOAT USA Retail Store Associate's primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the store is organized and well-stocked. They play a key role in driving sales, handling transactions, and providing a positive shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide an outstanding customer experience.Assist customers in locating merchandise when needed.POS and payment handling.Work in collaboration with other sales associates and managerial staff for a cohesive execution of the job.Maintain brand and inventory knowledge.Greet customers.Maintain a clean and presentable store appearance.Follow and uphold store policies.Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor.Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times.RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong communication, leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills.Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to communicate effectively in EnglishCapable of lifting or moving heavy products up to 50 pounds.Able to stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift.Basic math skills for handling transactions.ABOUT US:GOAT USA, founded on Long Island in 2016, is a dynamic athleisure fashion brand known for delivering high-quality products and a customer-first experience.
