Job Title: Azure IIoT Architect


Job Description


  • Support the IIoT Platform team developing common scalable capabilities based on Azure IoT tools and services while integrating with the larger enterprise azure platform
  • The IIoT Platform team works primarily in a remote environment and adheres to SAFe Agile processes


Technical Skills Required


  • Experience with SOA applications and cloudbased services preferably Azure
  • Strong experience working with Kubernetes Experience working with Ansible Linux UNIX Docker and Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of web services API REST and RPC
  • Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols including TCPIP DNS SMTP HTTP and distributed networks
  • Database experience including knowledge of CosmosDB SQL and NoSQL and related data stores such as Postgres
  • Experience with linux industrial computers and computer vision solutions
  • Extensive experience with software development and system engineering
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace
  • Skilled at working in tandem with a team of engineers or alone as required Functional Requirement
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering Masters degree a plus Certification as an Azure Solutions Architect Cloud Security Certification a plus Other cloudrelated certification also a plus
