Staffmark, in collaboration with a leading manufacturing company in Johnson City, TN, is seeking a reliable Assembly Worker to join their efficient team. This role is crucial in producing high-quality water heaters within a supportive and stable environment. Pay: $15.50 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM - 12 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components with precision, adhering to defined procedures.
  • Operate machinery and perform various production tasks.
  • Use hand tools effectively.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
Additional duties include:
  • Applying labels, logos, and exterior details to products.
  • Inspecting assembled products to ensure quality standards.
  • Packing completed products and preparing them for shipment.
  • Unloading, organizing, and stocking shipments.
  • Maintaining clean and safe equipment and work areas.


While six months of prior manufacturing experience is preferred, it's not required-our client is ready to provide training
