Event Sales Representative |Westchester, Rockland, Connecticut & MassachusettsDriven by our passion for perfection for over 290 years, opportunities exist for Event Sales Representatives to promote, pitch, and sell Zwilling premium culinary products at Costco Warehouse locations.In this role you can be expected to do the following:ZWILLING product demonstrations focused on driving sales and brand awareness.Answer customers’ questions and overcoming objections while creating an energetic and fun event.Consistently achieve sales that meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives.Communicate replenishment needs by completing scheduled product inventories preceding, during and after the event.Communicate regularly with retailers and the internal management team providing constructive insights and feedback.Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:Confident, persuasive, dynamic public speaking skills in front of a live audience.Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. (set-up, break down, and restocking demo booths).Ability to stand for extended periods of time.Must be available to work nights and weekends, and potentially overnight travel, as needed.High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required for this role.Skills for success in these Event Sales roles:Consumer goods and services sales experience.Roadshow experience to present products.Experience in direct or pitch style sales ideal.Culinary experience with a passion for food.Theater / acting experience to convey information in a clear, effective, positive and engaging manner.Schedule and Compensation Structure:· Demo Booth set-up: Thursday evening (8:00pm-10:30pm).· Roadshow: Friday through the following Sunday (10 consecutive days).· Monday-Friday: 10-12 hours per day.· Saturday-Sunday: 8-11 hours per day.· Demo Booth tear-down: Sunday evening (6:00pm – 8:30pm)· Hours may vary based on roadshow location or during holiday seasons.Option to work one roadshow/month or two roadshows/month (At least 3 ½ days off between roadshows)All positions commence part-time and may shift to full-time, in certain markets, following both time and sales goals achievement.Compensation includes:Base Hourly pay plus applicable overtime. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
