We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our collaborative team of SMEs driving cutting‑edge research and technological advancement in Laurel, MD. Responsibilities Senior‑level experience is required with the manufacturing of mechanical systems that are interfaced with electronics Requirements Fifteen+ (15+) years of related experienceBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, material science, or a related disciplineExperience with at least two of the following:Vacuum systemsCryogenicsElectronics packaging and interconnectsCustom electronics assembliesUS citizenship and an active TS/SCI FSP security clearance required Desired Experience Experience in these areas should span the early‑stage market analysis/concept phase through at least small‑scale production and quality control.Additionally, experience with managing supply chain concerns and/or managing government regulations (including export control, IP protection, etc.) is highly desired #LI-JP1#OpsConsulting The Swift Group and Subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
